WIOG sponsored concert to benefit The CAN Council of Saginaw County, Nathan Weidner Children Advocacy Center and Safe & Sound.
This year’s scheduled artists: Runner Runner, Big Time Rush, Flo Rida, Jay Sean.
The CAN Council has $20 tickets for the concert available for sale. The tickets are in The Northern Lights Pavilion at Great Lakes Loon’s stadium. A percentage of the proceeds, from the tickets, go to the CAN Council.

A rally, procession and planting of a pinwheel garden to show support for child abuse prevention programs in the area.

Saginaw County Courthouse Lawn
This is a 15 minute program in which the county proclamation will be read. Blue ribbons and pinwheels will be placed on Saginaw County’s courthouse lawn. The Children’s Memorial Flag reminding us of the children who have died, will also fly over the courthouse for the month of April. Blue ribbons will be tied on trees along Michigan Avenue.
