Child Abuse Prevention Education
| CAPE (Child Abuse Prevention Education) Programs consist of a variety of programs uniquely designed and tailored to meet the needs of the Great Lakes Bay Region. The Child Abuse Prevention Education Program works to find ways to prevent child abuse through education programs and collaborative efforts within the community.
Our CAPE Programs develop collaborative partnerships with other agencies on key prevention issues to ensure non-duplication of services. These programs are provided free or at minimal cost to any group or organization in Saginaw and Bay Counties. In addition, the CAN Council Great Lakes Bay Region provides materials to aid in the prevention of child abuse to many agencies and community events throughout Saginaw and Bay Counties.
