Baby Basics: Preventable Deaths Workshop is an one hour presentation that focuses on Shaken Baby Syndrome/Abusive Head Trauma prevention and prevention of deaths related to unsafe sleep practices.  This presentation is available to middle and high school students, expecting parents, child care providers and the general public. Students learn the dangers of shaking a baby, the frustration a new parent may go through, as well as proper infant care including safe sleep practices.
