The CAN Council is excited to be combining Huron county’s annual Golf Outing and Roof Sit for a whole new concept beginning this year – GolfSit! Presented by Thumb Bank & Trust, join us on Wednesday, June 23 at Bird Creek Golf Club in Port Austin, Michigan for a day full of fun and philanthropy! There are two ways to participate – either as a Fundraising Team or as a Golf Team.
Fundraising Teams have the opportunity to raise funds through independent fundraising efforts beginning April 1st, up until the event date! Teams can consider hosting any type of fundraising event such as denim days, a bake sale, pinwheel sales for Child Abuse Prevention Month in April, a penny drive, etc. The team that raises the most funds will be able to take home the new traveling GolfSit trophy! There is no cost to register as a Fundraising Team.
Golf Teams may register a foursome for $300, or as an Individual for $75. Individual golfers will be teamed up with 3 other golfers and hit the course! Deadline to register a Golf Team is May 23, 2021.
