National Crime Victims’ Rights Week

Every April, the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) leads communities throughout the country in their annual observances of NCVRW.

This year, OVC will commemorate NCVRW April 8–14, observing the 2018 theme—Expand the Circle: Reach All Victims. The theme emphasizes the importance of inclusion in victim services and addresses how the crime victims field can better ensure that every crime victim has access to services and support and how professionals, organizations, and communities can work in tandem to reach all victims.
