Join us beginning May 25th for our 6-week CASA Volunteer Training on Wednesdays from 5-8pm in our Huron Office located at 219 E. Huron Ave., Bad Axe, MI 48413 Children in foster care who have a CASA volunteer are more likely to succeed in school and adjust to change. And they’re half as likely to re-enter the foster care system later. Applications are due May 11th! Free Online Workshop – Stewards of Children

Drop-in and join CAN Council staff on July 11th to learn more about our CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) program. We will discuss how our program supports children and families involved in the court system due to abuse and neglect and how you can get involved. Our purpose is to provide highly-trained community volunteers to advocate for the best interests of our most vulnerable children.
