Genesee, Saginaw, MI 48605) as we honor those who, in partnership with our CAN Council, protect our children and strengthen families. Guests will enjoy light refreshments and plant pinwheels to represent the healthy and safe childhoods we work to provide all children. No pre-registration required. Children in foster care who have a CASA volunteer are more likely to succeed in school and adjust to change. And they're half as likely to re-enter the foster care system later.
